Meet Our Attorneys

Marshall Taheri, Esquire, founder of the firm, has been practicing law for more than 45 years to include the areas of civil and commercial litigation; U.S. and international personal injury; real estate litigation; energy, finance; securities and investment fraud; domestic and international negotiations, arbitration, and litigation; legislative and governmental relations; and white-collar criminal defense. He has handled litigation matters at the federal and state levels. Dr. Taheri has achieved and “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating for competency and ethics, and is recognized by Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Education, Who’s Who in American Law, and Who’s Who in the World.

Dara Jon Taheri, Esquire, is an attorney licensed and authorized to practice law in the states of California, Texas, and Washington, and Washington, D.C. He successfully passed in a row three distinctly formatted state bar exams without pursuing a bar review. This is a testament to his strong discipline and structured approach to the study of law. Further, he is eligible for admission in AL, AZ, CO, ID, MN, MO, MT, NE, NH, ND, UT, and WY, based on his Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) score and MN based on his Multistate Bar Exam (MBE) score.
